I hereby release and discharge Privateer Days Commission from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may occur as a non-insured vendor/crafter during the festival held on June 28 to 29, 2024.
The Privateer Days Commission will not be held responsible for any items that may be lost, stolen or broken during the 2024 festival.
I understand and acknowledge that situations may arise out of the control of the Commission and voluntarily assume all risk while participating in the festival.
