Cacao Ceremony Waiver
Cacao Is a potent elixir with detoxifying effects. Due to her nature some individuals may not be able to consume the potency of her medicine or may be limited to the amount they are able to consume
Please review the contraindications below
Individuals taking any SSRI medications, antidepressants, low blood pressure medication or anyone undergoing chemotherapy should not consume more than 30g(1cup of the elixir). The combination of medication and higher doses of cacao can cause adverse reactions.
Those individuals that encounter blood sugar vulnerability should avoid entirely due to the agave nectar I add into the elixir. I will have tea prepared so you may still participate in drinking with plant allies.
Women who are pregnant should not consume more than 15g(1/2 cup of elixir).
Cacao can affect your sleep as it contains theobromine, which is in the same family as caffeine but much less taxing on the adrenals, nervous system and much more alkalizing.

The transformational alchemy of pairing Cacao and Sacred movement can be profound.
But with all things please listen to your body wisdom. Don't push past your limit and if need be please have a seat until your are ready to rejoin.
