CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

All breakout presenters must register for the conference at www.aymeducators.org
You may apply for conference assistance through the website if there is a financial hardship.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

We will send you the presentation schedule very soon. There will be 45-minute presentations this year. We will assign your presentation a time based on what we believe will work best for the flow of the conference.

TECHNOLOGY
We will make every effort to accommodate all rooms with a projector and power. Please inform us ASAP if you need additional AV equipment/cable/adapters/sound. We may or may not be able to accommodate you. There will NOT be internet in the breakout rooms. The hotel can provide it for you, but you would have to assume that charge.

DAY OF PRESENTATION

As you know, AYME is very interactive and we encourage you to make your presentation the same. Your paper will be available on the AYME site before and after the conference. Please do not simply read your paper.

We ask that you present your research and then prepare for dialogue. Here is a suggestion on how time can be utilized: 20-30 min presentation & 15-25 minutes discussion (45 minutes)

You are encouraged to provide an overview handout and/or the full paper. (Make copies at home- making copies at the hotels can be very expensive.)

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session. An AYME board member will be moderating your session and be able to help if you have questions or difficulties.
