Quantity of Additional Paper Transcripts
It is HIGHLY recommended that you request additional copies of your transcript now; after this opportunity, a $10 fee per transcript will be charged by a third party online service. Additional copies requested using this form may be picked up after June 15, 2019 and before July 19, 2019. Request additional copies here:
Students must call the main office at 407-746-3450 to schedule time to pick-up hard copies between June 15, 2019 and July 19, 2019.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
