Fall 2026 ICAIA Technical Presenter Registration 
If you are interested in presenting at our Fall conference, please fill out the form below.  After August 15th, we will begin to build the presentation schedule and confirm exact times of your presentation based off your responses.  

The conference will take place at Waubonsee Community College in Sugar Grove, IL and will be on Thursday October 15th and Friday October 16th.  The presentation schedule is below:

Technical Session 1- Thursday 10:00am-11:45am
Technical Session 2- Thursday 1:00pm- 2:45pm
Technical Session 3- Thursday 3:00pm- 4:45pm
Technical Session 4- Friday- 8:30am-10:15am
Technical Session 5- Friday- 10:30am- 12:00pm

You are welcome to present on both days and present your session more than once to give attendees more opportunities to attend your session.

Sessions will have roughly 20-25 people in each session.  Presentation rooms have multi-media (computers, projectors, screens, document cameras), and some rooms have a lift in them for on-vehicle demonstration if needed. We also have a dedicated ADAS room.

Presenters will get breakfast and lunch on the day they are presenting (breakfast but no lunch on Friday).  For an additional $65, you can elect to attend the ICAIA banquet dinner at Two Brother's Roundhouse in Aurora on Thursday evening.

Presentation Topic- 
These are being presented to high school and college automotive instructors that all have different levels of knowledge and experience.  Topics can range from simple to complex to make sure we are offering something for everyone.  If we have multiple submissions of the same topics, we may reach out to you to make some slight changes so we are not duplicating the same sessions.
