Ticket Protection Submission Form
Ticket Protection is redeemable for venue credit. All requests must be submitted 24 hours before showtime to be eligible. Incomplete requests cannot be processed. For all inquiries on orders not containing ticket protection please reach out to your local venue via the contact information in your confirmation email or live chat us at heliumcomedy.com

Please note that we prioritize submissions based on the time sensitivity of the request. For non-urgent submissions, please allow 48-72 hours for a response. For those who've purchased Ticket Protection looking to receive a credit for a show they can no longer attend, as long as your request is submitted 24 hours before showtime, it will be honored.
