**RAINCHECK POLICY**
Our rain policy is as follows: If our event is rained out within the first 50% of the event, we will offer a raincheck for the next upcoming event only. We are sorry if that date does not work for your schedule, but that is what we offer.  If an event is rained out the last 50% of the event, we do not offer any type of raincheck. (Ie. event is 9am-1pm and it is rained out at 10am, you receive a raincheck.  example 2... event is 9am-1pm and it is rained out at 11:02am, there is no raincheck). We also only offer one raincheck. If you are using a raincheck and get rained out again, we will not offer an additional raincheck date. Please check below that you understand and are in agreeance with this policy.

I understand that set-up is available one hours before the event begins and that I must be completely set up by the time of the event start date. No late arrivals will be permitted. I understand that I will not pack or leave before the event is over. *
