The Great Dumpling Feast


Come sample dumplings from around the world! This joint event is cosponsored by the MIT Postdoctoral Association and MIT spouses&partners and will be held on February 21 at 5:30 p.m. in 66-201 (Walker Lounge). Children are welcome!

We will be having a dumpling contest so make your favorite recipe of at least 20 dumplings (anything wrapped in dough and then steamed, boiled, fried, baked, etc) and we'll see who makes the best dumplings in the world (or at least at MIT).

One lucky attendee will be randomly picked to be a judge, along with representatives of MIT spouses&partners and the MIT Postdoctoral Association. Dumplings will be judged on taste, texture and appearance. We have prizes for the top 3 dumpling makers - gift certificates to Williams Sonoma, and Tealuxe and Cardullo's in Harvard Square!
