U13 & U14.
Travel Day Wednesday 9th December.
Playing 10th , 11th ,12th, Finals Day 13th.

U16 & U18.
Travel Day Sunday 13th.
Play Days 14th, 15th, 16th.
Finals Day Thursday 17th Dec.

U23's
Travel AND play Saturday 5th December. Play 6th, 7th,  Finals Day Tuesday 8th December 2026.

PSi Indoor Hockey


Player Registration & Franchise Commitment Agreement 

1. Purpose

This agreement sets out the expectations and commitments for players and parents/guardians participating in PSi Indoor Hockey.

It ensures:

•                    Fair participation across all franchises

•                    Stability in team selection

•                    Clear understanding of player obligations

2. Player Commitment

By registering with the above franchise (including leagues, trials, or national events), the player commits to that franchise for the full calendar year.

The player:

•                    Will represent only this franchise during the year

•                    Will not participate in any other franchise’s events, trials, or matches

•                    Accepts that registration constitutes a binding commitment to the franchise

3. Transfers

Transfers during the calendar year are not permitted, except under exceptional circumstances.

All transfer requests must:

•                    Be submitted in writing by the parent/guardian

•                    Be reviewed by the current franchise and PSi

•                    Receive written clearance before the player joins another franchise

No participation with another franchise is allowed without official clearance.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Transfer requests may be considered in limited cases, including:

•                    Player welfare or safeguarding concerns

•                    Relocation

•                    Medical or serious personal circumstances

All requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.

5. Financial Obligations

The parent/guardian agrees that:

•                    All fees must be paid in full

•                    A franchise may withhold transfer clearance if fees are outstanding

6. Trials & Commitment

The parent/guardian acknowledges that:

•                    Players may not attend multiple franchise trials with the intention of choosing

            between teams after selection

•                    Trial participation may be treated as a commitment to the franchise

•                    Trial/registration fees may be applied as a non-refundable commitment deposit

             if the player is selected

7. National Events & Deadlines

•                    Transfers are not permitted after official team entry deadlines

•                    Team selections and divisions (Cup / Shield / Plate) are determined by PSi and are

             final

8. Code of Conduct

Parents/guardians agree to:

•                    Communicate respectfully with coaches, officials, and other parents

•                    Follow official channels for any concerns

•                    Support a positive sporting environment

9. Acknowledgement

I, the undersigned, confirm that:

•                    I have read and understood this agreement

•                    I accept the commitment to the franchise for the full calendar year

•                    I agree to comply with all PSi policies and procedures

PSi Indoor Hockey reserves the right to make final decisions regarding player registrations and transfers.
