오클랜드한인교회 문화센터 회원 세부 운영지침
모든 수업은 학기제로 운영됩니다.(1년 4학기)
매 학기 등록신청 및 회비 납부로 회원의 자격을 갖습니다. 회비 납부는 학기 시작 1주일 전까지로 합니다.1) 강사의 사정으로 결강이 있을 시 보강 또는 환불합니다.
2) 등록 후 수업 시작 1주일 전 강의를 취소할 경우 전액 환불합니다.
3) 강의 시작 후 60% 수업이 진행된 경우 나머지 잔액은 환불되지 않습니다.
4) 강의 시작 후 수업을 취소할 경우 나머지 잔액의 50%를 제외하고 환불합니다.
5) 학기 시작 전 미리 계획된 일정을 알릴 경우(2회 이상) 결석할 수업료의 50%를 납부합니다.

Every lesson operates based on tern period.(4 terms)
After you have enrolled and payed the fees each term, you are eligible for a membership. All fees must be payed a week before the lessons start.
*Refund Conditions:
1) All cancellations of lessons due to the teacher’s private reasons will either be refunded there will be catch up lessons.
2) If you want to cancel your registration, you should cancel a week before the lessons starts at the latest. Only then, all fees will be fully refunded.
3) After the lessons are in progress over 60%, there will be no refunds.
4) If there are cancellations after the lessons are already in progress, there will only be 50% refund of the remaining fees.
5) If you let us know about your absences (more than twice) before the term starts, you will only pay 50% of the absent lessons.
