10th Anniversary California Crunch Registration - 2025
We are celebrating TEN YEARS of the California Crunch! The "CRUNCH!" heard across the state, the California Crunch is the annual event where children across the state take a collective bite of locally-grown fruits and vegetables to celebrate local farms and healthy eating!

California Crunch Day takes place during Farm to School Month to celebrate California-grown foods served in school meals. Participants are offered local fruits or vegetables to bite into, all at the same time, for a simultaneous “CRUNCH!”, to inspire conversations about where their food comes from and to learn about food system sustainability. It's a great opportunity for schools to connect with local farms to make the most of California's abundance of fresh produce, during fall's bountiful harvest season.

Last year we celebrated California Crunch Day with 50 school districts and 7 partner organizations, reaching over 650,000 students. Will you help us grow that number in 2025?

Join hundreds of schools in celebrating the 10th California Crunch! If you are unable to celebrate the Crunch on this date, we encourage you to choose a date and time that works for you.
