This survey is designed to gather feedback from ISD/RESA partners about your experiences collaborating with the Coordinated Supports Point of Contact (CSPC). Your insights will help the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) strengthen the coordination of services and ensure that supports for districts and schools identified for CSI or ATS are timely, relevant, and effective.
