As stated in our studio policies, in order to modify the number of classes billed for or to cancel your Automatic Payments, you will need to inform South Coast Conservatory front desk staff electronically with this form a minimum of 5 days before the 1st day of the month. Changes made outside of this time frame will result in make-up credit(s) only. If you are adding a aerial class there will be an additional $65 eqiupment fee.
