2025 Millers Football Southside Classic
This form is to sign up for the Millers Football Southside Classic. Please use the Venmo Code below to pay for your team or Individual entry. A reminder that each team must have a "Team Name" as well as some kind of theme or uniform during the tournament. Any golfers are welcome to play in the tournament.

We are looking for hole sponsors this year! If you own a business or know of any businesses or people that would like to sponsor a hole, please have them connect with Coach Galindo.

You will be able to pay on the day of the golf tournament, however we appreciate the payment in advance. All players will have to pay before they get to play in the tournament.  You may also pay by cash or check on the day of the tournament. Please make checks to "Washburn Football Boosters".

$125 per Individual

If you sign up, please understand that we still have to pay the golf course if you do not show up to play. We appreciate you keeping his in mind for payment. Please pay the full team amount as soon as possible.
