Invoices will be sent through Square's Point of Sale. Check below either "I Agree to Recieve Square Invoice" or "Invoice via PayPal". *
Please provide the email the invoice will be sent to (If you checked the PayPal option in the previous question, please provide your PayPal email). *
If able to, you will provide at least one (1) reference picture (ie art, photo of a pose or outfit, etc). *
You need to provide a detailed description of what you want. Please be as detailed/exact as possible. *

If you want the original sketch sent to you, you will need to pay for shipping. *
This commission will be for personal use ONLY. The illustration is not for retail/resale or commercial purposes. *
5% of the commission price will be charged upfront. Any decimals will be rounded to their nearest whole dollar. (ie $0.50=$1, $1.1=$1) *
If you need/want a refund of your down payment, I will refund you what you paid if I have not started the inking process. Once I start inking, refunds will not be provided. *
When posting your piece online, you must give credit via tagging me (if I am on that platform) and by providing my name (ie saying something like "This was done by Sebastian Sean Crow"). *
Please keep in mind I am not obligated to make you art and I have the right to refuse service to anyone. *
By completing this form, you are agreeing to everything laid down in this form and in the postings I've made regarding information on how I do commissions. You are also agreeing to the total price set forth for your commission (please refer to my price sheets to get an idea of the cost). *
