Wilderness Immersion Registration
Thank you for registering for the Fall 2025 Wilderness Immersion trip at Chicot State Park from Feb 19 -Feb 22. The registration deadline is Feb 10. The cost to attend is $20, but Fee Waivers are available and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Payment
Please select whether you would like to pay the $20 fee to attend the trip or if you would like to request a fee waiver. The trip fee reserves your spot on the trip and contributes to the lodging, food, and transportation costs of the trip. If you select Fee waiver, you spot is on hold-till you setup and have a short (10-15 min) fee waiver meeting. Please contact Sarah Beth (sbmernau@loyno.edu) if you have any questions about this fee.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
Where do we stay at the Park? 
- Inside of nice, enclosed, and furnished lodges.
How long is the journey to Chicot Park? 
- Around 3 hours and we will stop as people need along the way.
What activities will we do? 
- Hiking, canoeing (optional), outdoor and indoor games, reflection, and more!
What do I need to bring? 
- A packing list will be provided, but mostly clothes and toiletries, maybe your own towel or pillow if you want, but those will also be provided.
Can I bring electronics or homework? 
- You can, but it is discouraged. Instead enjoy nature / others.
What does the fee cover? 
- It reserves your spot on the trip and contributes to the lodging, food, and transpo.
Can I sleep outside or bring my own tent? 
- unfortunately no to both for your safety.
