If you earn 3/4 badges for a forum you attended, you have taken a step toward eligibility for your certificate. The badge options are below. 

1) Share on social media about the forum and tag Generation Patient
2) Attend the forum
3) Participate in the chat
4) Take notes and send proof to Generation Patient

Disclaimer: You must attend three forums and take an actionable step toward advocacy to be eligible for a certificate. The actionable step can be any of the following:

Write an op-ed
Write a letter to the editor
Write your story on Generation Patient’s blog (to be approved by Generation Patient)

Please note that we do go back and check everything you indicated as "Yes" or "No"!
