This is a mostly fictional currency paid position with real paid opportunities! Applicants will be rewarded in WaterdogWorld's currency for their work with staff benefits included such as discounted shop items, and possible ability to participate in future adopt batches! This role is a temporary role with possible promotion to a permanent role in assisting with the masterlist after completion! We have a lot of work ahead of us on correcting the masterlist however outside of this there is not much more to fix as new submissions are manageable. We may shorten the team after the updates are completed so please be aware of this! We will try and see where we can relocate some team members and are open to suggestions after completion!
The expectations of this role are;
- That you are kind and respectful to all of those around you, this includes staff and community members no matter the circumstance! Disrespecting others will not be tolerated!
- You are expected to assist in going over the entire masterlist and add or adjust missing traits to all existing entries. We have a list as to what is being worked on and have broken this into sections to make the workload easier and these lists will be provided once onboarded - we are also working to fix the onsite masterlist and add missing traits to all older entries along with adding values and previous approved versions of the design to the previous design tab. You will need to reference and fact check each entry you work on and accurately update the unfinished entries. Once entries have been fully copied over we can storage the original entry on DeviantArt to mark our progress as we go!
- Our goal is to have the onsite masterlist corrected and fully updated by the end of this year, availability is crucial for this position!
- Have open communication, if there are issues or concerns with submissions, you are expected to contact a senior admin for assistance! No question will ever be considered stupid or repetitive, we highly encourage asking the questions over taking initiative action if unsure about something!
- You will be expected to have the availability to be able to help! The main focus at the moment are correcting and filling in all entries onsite! Approving new designs and redesigns will be left to senior admins due to submissions being manageable by 1-2 people however this may change in the future!
- Training will be provided!
