Hearing Home Retreat 2024 Registration + Interest
Happily, Ro is joining forces with the wonderful artist Amber Ablett to organize this summer's Hearing Home Retreat! Amber took part in the 2022 retreat and it is so wonderful to collaborate on this year's offering.

This year we are holding the retreat in collaboration with Røst AIR and its coordinator Elin Már Øyen Vister who is kindly offering up the Røst AIR space on the lighthouse island Skomvær off the coast of Røst in Lofuohta/Lofoten.

**Please Note**: This iteration of Hearing Home is a space for Black women+. This includes women, trans women, nonbinary/gender non-conforming folk who desire to be in community with other folks who share an experience of racial marginalization on the basis of Black identity. More information can be found at the retreat site. Ro also offers retreats for other groups by request.

Do you have any accessibility needs?

**Please note regarding physical accessibility**: travel to Skomvær requires boat travel ((ferry followed by small passenger boat) to access, the space and environs are not wheelchair accessible and would be very difficult to navigate for anyone who requires any movement aids). Medical care is not easily accessible from the island, though of course is available in an emergency.
What else is important for Ro and Amber to know about you before Hearing Home? Feel free to share anything, including notable personality traits (e.g. introvert/extrovert/ambivert), communication style and preferences, general likes, dislikes, sensitivities, strengths, etc.
What will you bring to the Hearing Home community? (e.g. would you like to contribute to one of the open sessions, or do you have some other skill/hobby/part of yourself you'd like to share?)
Any allergies/food sensitivities/dietary concerns?
