REPORT A WV LIBRARY CHALLENGE
If you or your library is experiencing a challenge to any type of event, service, display, library book, periodical, webpage, or other library resource available to users, the WVLA Intellectual Freedom Committee wants to know.  In an effort to gather statistics from any library that is having issues, we can provide support if we know about your concern.

If available, describe who initiated this challenge?  Are they a member of the local community and a library cardholder? 
What was the primary issue described in their challenge? Example:  was the issue with a specific type of material, image, or fact (LGBTQIA, DEI, Historical or Scientific Facts, Women's Health etc.)?
Do you already have a challenge policy and form at your library for this type of issue? 
Was the issue escalated to your library board or administration?  If the issue was resolved, what was the outcome? 
Is there anything else you'd like to share about this incident?
