General Information
BrierFest is currently accepting applications for arts, crafts and merchandise vendors for their third annual event. This free, outdoor event will feature live music, carnival rides, car show, tractor pull, and much more! Approximately 2500 people attend this free event.

We have struggled finding the right location for our vendors the last two years and vendors did not leverage the same traffic as the event. We acknowledge this struggle and are making adjustments to better serve our vendors. This year we will be dropping the vendor fee and using this as a ramping up year to build our vendor participation and shopper attendance.

Details
Each booth space will be 10’ x 10’ and all booths will be located outdoors. Booth locations will be assigned at the sole discretion of the BrierFest Vendor Committee whose decisions are final. Electricity is available for a limited number of booths for an additional $10 on a first come, first serve basis. There is a late fee of $20 if application is received after the April 15 deadline. Late applications arriving without the $20 late fee will not be considered. Payment for the total amount must be made in the form of a check or money order payable to BrierFest within 10 days of receiving notice if your application is accepted.

Vendors must furnish their own tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, trash bags, etc. Please be prepared to stay during inclement weather. We all know the weather in Arkansas can turn around at any time without notice. Please use good judgement if conditions become dangerous.

Vendor hours Saturday, 10:00 am-7:00 pm, the festival will be open until 11:00 pm on Saturday. Vendors are welcome to stay past 7:00 pm but we require you remain open until 7:00 pm. Check -in will begin at 8:00 am Saturday morning all vendors must be open by 10 am. You may stay open as late as you wish but keep in mind that lighting may not be adequate. Please bring your own lighting if you plan to stay open after dark. The times listed are the hours you must be open, but extending your hours is recommended.

Vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting and paying all sales tax. Forms and information will be provided with the check-in packet.

Greenbrier has one hotel and a state park nearby that has camp sites and RV hook-ups. For more information, please visit www.GreenbrierChamber.org or www.CityofGreenbrierAR.com. Conway is approximately 10 miles away and has several hotels to choose from.
