ternYpe International Roma Youth Network invites applications for the project Roma Youth Policy Influencers supported by the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe.
The project combines an international training and a structured follow-up phase aimed at strengthening Roma youth participation in democratic processes.
The international training will take place in Berlin, Germany, from 17 to 23 May 2026, bringing together 20 Roma youth activists from 10 European countries.
During the training, participants will develop skills in:
Following the training, participants will take part in a national monitoring phase (June–September 2026), working in country teams and supported by mentors. Each team will monitor relevant national policies or strategies related to Roma youth and produce a short monitoring report.
The results of this work will contribute to a European advocacy paper and the development of a framework for a Roma Youth Consultative Body.

Eligibility and AvailabilityThe call is open to Roma young people aged 18 to 30 who are active or interested in advocacy, youth participation and community engagement.

Travel ArrangementsParticipants will be asked to purchase their travel tickets in advance. Travel costs will be reimbursed after the activity, in accordance with the reimbursement guidelines shared with selected participants.
Please ensure that you are able to temporarily cover travel costs until reimbursement is processed.
