Life Group Apprentice ApplicationĀ
The following is an assessment form that Two Cities Church uses to help assess all
Life Group Apprentices. As you work through this assessment, you may feel that
some of the questions are highly personal and probing. We ask these types of questions
because we view Community Group leadership as an important and weighty role of
leadership within the church. As you fill out this assessment, please know that we are
not so much looking for perfection as we are looking for direction. None of us are going
to perfectly exemplify Christ in our lives, but we're looking for people who are growing to
live, love, and look more like him.

As you complete this assessment, you will help is evaluate some of your strength*
weaknesses when it comes to the Calling, Character, Competency, and Culture in your
life. Our aim in knowing you better is to be able to encourage you in the strengths that
God has given you, help equip you and challenge you in your weaknesses, and to affirm
the calling that God has placed on your life as a leader at this time.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Submit this assessment no later than two weeks after you've been given access.
- Please be sure to set aside enough time to answer these questions thoroughly. (This
typically takes at least 1 hour for most people to complete.)

- PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU NEED TO BREAK YOUR TIME UP YOU CAN TYPE UP YOUR
ANSWERS ELSEWHERE, THEN SIMPLY COPY AND PASTE WHENEVER YOU'RE READY
TO SUBMIT YOUR ASSESSMENT.
