Family Fun Day Vendor Application
The Community Kinders Plus Family Fun Day is now in its fourth year, each year the event has grown to attract more families from across Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula. In fact, the event seems to have outgrown it's original venue at Overport Park, so we have relocated the event to Mornington Park. Expected numbers are 3,500

The Community Kinders Plus ‘Family Fun Day’ provides an opportunity for Food Vendors (operating out of a marquee or food truck), as well as market stall sites where businesses will have the opportunity to promote and sell products or services to the attendees of the festival.

EVENT DETAILS

Name of Event: Community Kinders Plus (CKP) ‘Family Fun Day’ (Children’s Festival for years 0 – 6 and their families)
Address of Event: Mornington Park, Mornington
Date & Times: Sunday 28th (10:30am – 2:30pm) October 2018
Bump In/Set Up: Sunday 28th Octobers between 7.00am – 9:30am. Vendors must be off site and operational no later than 10:15am on the Sunday.
Trading Hours: All vendors must operate for the complete hours that the festival is running.

Site Fees: Once approved businesses will be invoiced

● Market Stall $40 + GST site fee includes a 3m x 3m (or more if required) site for the duration of the event. (fee is non-refundable once paid).
● Food Vendors $200 + GST site fee includes a 3m x 3m or larger if required site for the duration of the event. (fee is non-refundable once paid). Please note we are only offering limited number of food sites.
