Casual Crafternoon Booking Form
Welcome to the sign up form for our Casual Crafternoon.  

Please register your details below.  We have 10 spaces available, on a first come first served basis, and will come back to you to confirm your place as soon as possible.  

Materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own supplies etc.

The craft club is Free to attend, however we do operate on a 'Pay What You Can' basis so donations are welcome.

If you have any further queries please contact info@yeovilartspace.uk.  Our team work part time hours but we always endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

All information gathered here is kept private, questions 8-10 below are optional but in gathering this information you will be helping us serve our community and work towards future projects.
