SASC Competitive Tryouts Spring 2015 Pre-Registration
Please complete the following form if you are interested in having your child attend Competitive Level tryouts.  Children born between 8/1/2002 and 7/31/2007 are eligible for U8 thru U12 tryouts for the Spring 2015 season.
The club will be holding age group tryouts to place players on newly forming and existing teams. Tryouts will be held on varying dates (see official schedule) at the Sunnyvale Soccer Complex.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the relevant tryout event, with a soccer ball, cleats, shin guards ready to play.  Please check for updates on the SASC website.
