*$60 for one 8' x 8' booth, $100 for one 8' x 16' booth. * 10 am - 3 pm. *Must bring your own 6' table.

Booth Information
The booth fee is $60 for one 8' x 8' booth, $100 for two 8' x 8' booths.
What booth size would you like? *
Each booth space has a neighbor with NO space in between. Do you understand that your booth space will be 8' x 8' or 8' x 16' with NO space in between the booths? Your tables, shelving, and products will need to fit INSIDE your allotted booth space. Please let us know you understand by typing "I understand". * If not, do not submit this form and contact us. *
Vendors need to bring your own 6' tables. A limited number of tables are available to rent for $5. Would you like to rent a table? *
Do you need an electrical outlet? A limited number of outlets are available at no additional charge. We will notify you if you request one and they're no longer available. *

Payment Information
Once your application is accepted, you will receive a PayPal invoice that includes a small fee to cover processing fees. Payment must be made within 24 hours to reserve your booth so please watch for an email after submitting the form. There will be NO refunds unless this event is canceled or rescheduled by Shop Small Cincinnati. *
Please confirm you understand that payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice or your space may be given to the next vendor in line by typing "I agree." *
Advertising, Terms and Conditions
Shop Small Cincinnati will advertise via websites, social media, posters, yard signs, billboards, radio announcements. We *hope* for a local news reporter to return this year to cover our event. Please note that reporter coverage is always largely based on whether there is other breaking news, so it is NOT guaranteed.

The best promotion is still word of mouth and the success of this event is directly affected by YOUR promotion!
Are you willing to promote this event by sharing with your customers, family, friends and/or on you social media sites? *
Shop Small Cincinnati is an annual juried event that is free to the public. Our goal is to showcase local small and homebased businesses with hopes that you will gain additional customers and generate income, thereby stimulating our local economy! Submitted applications and images will be reviewed upon submission. You will be notified if you are accepted. The Shop Small team will do our best to promote this event, however please note that we cannot guarantee the amount of shoppers that will attend. Many factors may affect customer attendance such as the weather, other local events, (global pandemics!), etc. Please acknowledge your understanding of "while we promote this event to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee the number of shoppers" by typing, "I understand." *
