GrantEd 2025-2026
The purpose of the GrantEd funds are to encourage, facilitate, and enhance educational opportunities for students.  This award provides a path for applicants to apply for financial support that encourages projects that will improve our district and lives of our students and staff.  All ISD622 staff are eligible to apply.

Applications will be reviewed and selected in October. Projects will be funded for one academic year, i.e., all funds must be used by first week in June 2026.  Winning applicants can resubmit (total three years) with multi-year project funding contingent on program progress and available funds. Any unspent funds will revert back to the 622 Education Foundation to fund future projects.

622 Education Foundation volunteers will reach out periodically through the school year for progress reports and updates, as well as at the end of the year for final accounting of project funds and photos from the project.

Funds cannot be used for meals/entertainment, college credits, or stipends.  All projects will be reviewed by ISD622 staff to redirect to other supports if available.

DEADLINE: 10/6/2025

Eligible applicants: ISD622 staff including teachers, principals, bus drivers, nutrition services, custodians, clerks, education assistants, paraprofessionals, principals, district staff, etc.

Eligible projects:  Any initiative that will enhance the experiences of students in ISD622 and/or support the district's strategic plan and the focus on attendance and belonging.

Selection process: Applications will be reviewed by members of the 622 Education Foundation Board of Directors, ISD622 staff, and members of the ISD622 community.

Funds will be directed to and managed by your home school or DEC Business Office.
