Choosing your 6th grade Elective is an important choice! It's a great opportunity for you to explore activities, learn new skills, and enrich your day. 

Please CAREFULLY read through all the instructions prior to submitting the form.  

Forms are due NO LATER than March 6, 2026. 

Please rank your FIVE elective choices in order of preference. Please note that the wheel classes (AVID, BEGINNING DRAMA, EXPLORITORY MUSIC, INTRO TO CTE, FORENSIC SCIENCE, JOURNALISM, STUDY SKILLS) may not all be available but we would like to see what you are interested in. 
 
Do not repeat choices. Do not submit more than one form. Forms are timestamped and only the first one will be considered.
