AAKC Education Room Rental Agreement
The AAKC Education Room is available to be rented for company training programs that do not conflict with the AAKC education programs, meetings, and events only during the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

Please plan your meeting start time, set up, and completion in accordance with these hours. The AAKC office will not be available before 8:30am or after 4:30pm unless arrangements have been communicated and approved by Bree Peters.

All classes will be reviewed and approved prior to scheduling. Please submit the following rental agreement form. For additional questions about reserving the education room contact Bree at: (913) 248- 0355 or bpeters@aakc.us 

All room rental costs must be paid for in full 7 days prior to the event to secure the room. A registration ticket will be created for payment under the “events” tab on the AAKC website. The Rental Agreement Form is required to be completed and submitted at the time of payment.  

  • Private Event Room Full Day Rental Cost (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.): $350.00
  • Private Event Room Half Day Rental Cost (8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.): $275.00
  • Private Event Room Half Day Rental Cost (1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.): $275.00

Technology: The room rental includes the computer, the projector, and the screen.
Things to bring: Jump Drive/Flash Drive with presentation or you can login using the AAKC
computer to upload your files.
Room Capacity: The AAKC Education Room has a capacity of 50 people in a classroom setting.
Cancellation Policy: Room rental cancellations are required within 48 hours of event for
a full refund.


Room rentals are only available for members of the AAKC.
