Volunteer Application Form
We're so pleased that you're interested in volunteering for us.  Cavernoma Alliance UK is a small UK wide supporting 4,200+ people living with cavernoma.  We have four part-time staff who are all home-based and over 50 volunteers who greatly support our services. 

As a volunteer you'll receive training specific to your role, safeguarding training, a free DBS check and the support of our Volunteer Manager (Tracey Hammond).  You will also have the opportunity, should you wish, to connect with other volunteers through our Volunteer WhatsApp Group.

We are currently recruiting for volunteers with the following types of role available:

  1. Helpline - (Online) 2 hours, once a week providing practical/emotional support via email/phone 
  2. Buddying - 2 hours a month providing practical/emotional support to a buddy
  3. Meet-ups - Once or twice a year arranging a meet-up for people in your local area 
  4. Social Media moderator - (Online) once a week, Facebook authorizing new members requests/messages
  5. Admin Volunteer - Sending fundraising materials and cards and general admin work.

Note: All CAUK volunteers must be UK based and members of CAUK, this is for DBS requirements.
