Join us for a collaborative professional learning workshop with Krissie Marty, Master Trainer for the Wolf Trap Institute. Drawing on her extensive experience in arts integration, creative movement, and teacher training, Krissie will share practical tools, strategies, and ways of thinking that can support and deepen your teaching practice.

This workshop is designed not only as a space to learn from Krissie’s expertise, but also as a space to bring your own lesson plan ideas, questions, and teaching challenges. Together, we will workshop ideas, reflect on practice, and think through how movement experiences can be shaped with greater intention, creativity, and responsiveness.

As part of the session, Krissie will introduce an exercise that the group will then unpack and reflect on together. This process will offer participants a chance to practice reflection as a teaching tool, strengthening the kind of observation, responsiveness, and critical thinking that is so essential in education.

With additional support from Art Spark Texas, the workshop will also help educators think about how to create learning spaces where students with disabilities can be meaningfully included.
