Instructions:
1) The club will pay you for a maximum of tournaments per team based on the tuition program sheets which is different based on age group and level.

2) You must get PRIOR approval from the Technical Director for any tournament you wish to attend.
 
3) This incremental pay covers your coaching time and all expenses.  No additional reimbursement will be given for mileage/travel costs, hotel, meals, etc.

4) You may wish to attend more tournaments and we encourage you to do so, but only with approval from your TD.  (A) The decision to attend extra tournaments must be agreed upon by your team up front. (B)  Your parents must agree up front to cover your expenses, using the above scale or you can agree to coach the extra tournament(s) gratis.  (C)  Extra tournaments include any winter or indoor tournaments.

5) If you are going to a special event that requires more travel and/or expenses, please get prior approval from Pete.
