2026 CIT Planning

Thank you for your interest in Camp Howe’s Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program for Summer 2026!

Our CIT program is designed for teens who want to build leadership skills, support younger campers, and grow as future staff members. Participation in the CIT program is an important step in our leadership pathway, and helps us get to know you better as you explore whether being a counselor one day is the right fit for you.

This survey will help us understand your interest and preferred sessions so we can plan placements and ensure the best experience for everyone. Completing the form does not guarantee a spot, but it lets us know you’d like to be considered.
