報名參展作品前，請務必事先閱讀以下內容，並於同意後進行申請。
● 關於結果通知 獲得購買資格者我們將於8/18號通知您。未獲得資格者不另行通知。
● 關於付款方式
作品付款方式僅限銀行轉帳。我們將另行通知中獎者轉帳帳戶資訊。
● 關於配送
作品將於款項確認後約2個月內送達。
若逢高峰期或因其他不可抗力因素，配送時間可能有所延長，敬請見諒。
此外，作品運費需由客戶自行負擔，我們將於計算估價後另行通知中獎者。
● 關於退換貨
除作品有瑕疵或寄送錯誤之情況外，概不接受退換貨，敬請見諒。
若有其他問題，請於收到作品後7天內聯繫指定之查詢窗口，後續將由專員與您聯繫。
● 關於個人資料之處置
・於作品銷售期間，主辦單位「株式會社W.creation」及「 Whitestone Gallery（白石畫廊）」將基於以下目的使用您的個人資料，敬請知悉：
・作品抽籤及中獎者選拔
・訂購作品之配送，以及作品購買相關之各類通知寄送（未來可能向您發送與 ART OF MIKU 相關之最新消息）
● 關於作品禁止轉讓期間
購買者自購買作品之日起3年內，嚴禁進行轉讓、轉售、捐贈等任何變更或轉移作品所有權之行為。若於禁止期間內發現作品所有權發生轉移，我們可能採取阻止轉移行為之措施，並要求賠償相當於購買金額之違約金。
● 其他事項
・請勿直接聯繫創作者／藝術家。
・提交購買申請後，原則上不接受取消。
・我們將妥善保管您的個人資料，嚴格遵守個人資料保護法及相關法規，進行適切管理。

Before entering your artwork, please read the following terms and conditions carefully and agree to them before submitting your application.
● Notification of Results Applicant who is selected and granted the purchase opportunity will be notified on August 18. Those who are not selected will not receive a separate notification.
● Payment
Payment for the artwork must be made via bank transfer. Bank account details will be provided directly to the winners.
● Shipping & Delivery
Artworks will be delivered approximately 2 months after payment completion.
Please note that delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. A separate shipping quote will be sent to the winners.
● Returns & Refunds
Unless the artwork is defective or the wrong item was delivered, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.
If you experience any other issues, please contact the designated inquiry address within 7 days of receiving the artwork. A representative will contact you at a later date.
● Handling of Personal Information
・Please note that in connection with the sale of artworks, the organizers, W.creation Co., Ltd. and Whitestone Gallery, will use your personal information for the following purposes:
・Artwork lotteries and winner selection
・Delivery of ordered artworks and sending various notices related to artwork purchases (We may also send you future updates regarding "ART OF MIKU").
● Restriction on Ownership Transfer
Purchasers are strictly prohibited from transferring, reselling, donating, or taking any action that changes or transfers ownership of the artwork for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. If a transfer of ownership is discovered during this restricted period, an injunction against the transfer may be sought, and a penalty fee equivalent to the purchase amount may be charged.
● Other Terms
・Please refrain from contacting the artist directly.
・In principle, cancellations are not accepted once a purchase application has been submitted.
・Personal information will be handled responsibly, properly managed, and processed in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations.
