Reeves-Rogers and Cannonsburgh Village are not responsible for damage or theft during the Celebration. Reeves-Rogers reserves the right to accept or reject any item sold or displayed during this event. NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT. Participants must not display any merchandise or provide any entertainment that would be inappropriate for children.
All vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables and chairs. The booth size is 10’x10’ but 10' x 20' booths are available. ‘Boro International runs from 9 am until 4 pm. Set-up may begin at 8 am and vendors MAY NOT DISMANTLE their booths until 4 p.m. Vehicles will not be allowed in the Village between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
All vendors and exhibitors are responsible for the clean-up of their booth space and surrounding area throughout the day and especially upon vacating the premises after the celebration is over. All grease must be disposed of off the premises of Cannonsburgh Village.
MCS and MTSU will supply advertisement for this event. The 'Boro International Board reserves the right to use your photos for publicity purposes and to give your name to publications if they want additional information on you or your merchandise. I agree to waive any/all rights to any photos or images taken of me and my booth during the Festival. I understand that these photos may be used for promotional purposes.
MCS shall have the authority to cancel all activities during the Celebration due to severe weather or an act of God.
All vendors and exhibitors will be notified upon approval for placement purposes inside or outside the village.
