If you have experienced a materials challenge or other attempt at censorship at your library, school, or other institution in Wyoming, please answer the questions below to report your challenge to the WLA Legislative Committee. Update reports can also be submitted via this form.

The questionnaire below is based on the American Library Association's Office of Intellectual Freedom challenge reporting form.  If you would like the Legislative Committe to share this information with the American Library Association for you, you can indicate this on the second page of the form.
