Take a look at our guide. You may not have everything in place for the workshop, and that is okay. But it is a helpful guide and gives a ballpark for what is useful. Perhaps if you aren't ready for contributors, becoming ready for contributors could be the first steps of this workshop. http://campus.openhatch.org/projects.html
