Will you be providing a donation to be given away at the Fall Festival? If yes, what is the donation?
Liberty Park at Andrews will provide the space for you to advertise and promote your business and/or organizations. The entry fee for this event is a donation valued at $30.00. Your donation will be used as a prize for the raffles. Donations in the past have been gift baskets/ bags representing your business. Your donation needs to be brought into the office located at 2097 San Antonio Boulevard no later than October 4th, 2024. If it's something like fresh baked goods it can be brought to us the day prior, October 11th.
The organization will be responsible for the setup and breakdown of the booth/ table.
