Thank you for your interest in applying to be a vendor at the Spring Beach Market on Indian Shores! 

We are open every Sunday, January thru May, except Easter and Memorial wknd, from 9am to 2pm.

We welcome both regular and drop in vendors. We are a small, but mighty Market that caters to locals, snowbirds and visitors. We strive to provide an array of products for our patrons and work to minimize over saturation of any one product.  

After the application is received and processed we will let you know if you have been accepted or wait listed depending on whether you are a drop in or weekly vendor.

The Spring Beach Market on Indian Shores is a rain or shine event. Unfortunately, we are not in control of weather conditions. Please come prepared. Weights are a must. There will be no refunds should the weather be less than ideal. However, in the event of severe weather and the managers decide to cancel the Market, your fee that week will roll over to another week. In the event of a cancelled Market we will make the announcement via our FB Social Media Page no later than two hours before set up. Any questions regarding weather can be emailed or texted.

I understand this is a rain or shine event and there will be no refunds, but rather a roll over, in the rare occurrence the managers cancel the event due to severe weather.

The Spring Beach Market on Indian Shores is a SMOKE FREE Market. There will be no smoking on the Market Footprint. All smoking will be done in the designated smoking area away from fellow vendors, tents and customers. The smoking area is located in front of the Municipal Bldg, with ashtrays and a clear view of the Market footprint and your tent. If smoking in and around your tent becomes a problem you will not be welcome at future markets. 

I understand this is a SMOKE FREE Market. Out of respect for my fellow vendors and market customers I will smoke only in the designated areas.

There is NO access to electrical power. Quiet (below 60dB) generators are allowed. If a loud generator is brought you will be asked to turn it off. We want our fellow vendors to be comfortable and able to talk to their customers.

Our fees are $50 a week for a 10x10 spot. Food trucks are $75 for 10 x 10. Any vendor needing 2 spots will be $100 for pop-up, $125 for food truck. 

If you are joining us on opening day, Jan 4th, 2026 your invoice will be sent Monday, December 6th. Following opening week, vendors will be invoiced each Monday and payment is due by end of day Wednesday for the upcoming Sunday Market. If you would like to pay in advance for multiple weeks to lighten your bookkeeping, please send me an email so we can line that up for you. 

Please remember, we are vendors too and have events and markets throughout the week and will be setting up, along with you, on Sundays.  If payment is not received, you will not be placed on the map for that week's Market. Invoices will be coming to you through my business email. tracy@unearthingthesoul.com or via text whichever you selected. 

I understand payment is required no later than the Wednesday before the Market to assure a space. If payment is not received my spot may be given to another vendor on the wait list.

Our Market runs from 9:00 - 2:00. You are welcome to arrive and set up anytime after 7:00 and must be off the footprint by 8:30 AM. 

THERE IS NO BREAKING DOWN PRIOR TO 2:00 pm. No cars can enter the footprint until 2:00. Every vendor must be off the footprint by 3:00 PM.  

Please let us know if you have any special requests for set up below. We are small market, but will do our best to accommodate specific needs.
