Our fees are $50 a week for a 10x10 spot. Food trucks are $75 for 10 x 10. Any vendor needing 2 spots will be $100 for pop-up, $125 for food truck. 
If you are joining us on opening day, Jan 4th, 2026 your invoice will be sent Monday, December 6th. Following opening week, vendors 
will be invoiced each Monday and payment is due by end of day Wednesday 
for the upcoming Sunday Market. If you would like to pay in advance for multiple 
weeks to lighten your bookkeeping, please send me an email so we can 
line that up for you. 
Please remember, we are vendors too and have 
events and markets throughout the week and will be setting up, along 
with you, on Sundays.  If payment is not received, you will not be placed on the 
map for that week's Market. Invoices will be coming to you through my 
business email. tracy@unearthingthesoul.com or via text whichever you selected. 
I understand payment is required no later than the Wednesday before the Market to assure a space. If payment is not received my spot may be given to another vendor on the wait list.
