Thank you for your interest in the twenty-fifth session of the William & Mary Middle School Model United Nations Conference! The W&M International Relations Club is dedicated to providing educational opportunities for all students regardless of their financial background, and is excited that we are able to reduce or waive fees for those in need hoping to attend WMIDMUN XXV. 

Aid will be granted to delegations based on the need of the school as well as the number of delegates attending. To be eligible for WMIDAid, delegations must be registered for WMIDMUN before applying. Thus, the process is as follows: 

1. Register for WMIDMUN XXV

2. Accept financial aid offer or withdraw registration by December 18, 2026
   

If delegations choose not to accept their financial aid package, they should contact the Registration Director (Olivia Brownfield, registration@wmidmun.org) to change their registration status and obtain a full refund of any fees already paid.
