Ada Community Garage Sale Vendor Sign Up 2025
Please complete the form below to reserve your table for the 2nd Annual Ada Community Garage Sale on Saturday, March 29th 2025 held at the Ada High School K-12 Gymnasium from 9 AM to 2 PM (setup from 8 AM- 9AM).

Please let us know how many 6 ft tables you would like to reserve.  If you need other accommodations or would like to set up outside in the parking lot please let us know in the other option below and we will reach out to discuss.   *
Options for Payment (please include your first and last name and that the funds are for the Garage Sale Table Rental).  All money must be received by Friday, March 28th in order to reserve your table.  *
I understand that I will set up on Saturday, March 29th 8-9 AM at the K-12 Gym (Grand Street Entrance by the Cafeteria).  Sale Runs from 9 AM to 2 PM.  *
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
