Community Relations Team Member Application
     Anusara School of Hatha Yoga is developing a team for providing guidance and support within the School for the purpose of enhancing communications, building conflict resiliency and resolving conflict based on ASHY’s core values and ethics.  Members of the team will have experience in community support and working with others to find equitable solutions to situations of unresolved conflict; further training will also be given to strengthen the team’s effectiveness.  Involvement in the team is a powerful way to participate in our Anusara community and contribute your skills in the growth and development of the School and it’s international kula (family) of students and teachers.

Qualifications:
• A licensed Anusara teacher for a minimum of 2 years with connections within your region.
• Strong communication, team management and leadership skills
• Natural comfort with conflict and conflict resolution/mediation skills
• Mediation and conflict resolution experience suggested  
• Ability to see all sides of the issue and remain neutral
• Knows when to delegate and when to ask for support
• A sense of humility and service towards the community
