iCan Shine Employment Application
Hiring for summer staff typically begins in January of each year. Applications will be accepted year round. If hiring has already taken place for the upcoming summer, you will be put on a list and contacted when the next round begins.
Staff is typically required to have at least 6-9 weeks of availability between June and August. Staff will often work 2-4 camps back to back, meaning they will be away from home for the entire duration of those assigned camps.
iCan Shine staff must be at least 21 years of age by June 1st of the summer they are applying for. Applicants under 21 may be accepted and considered for our Hometown Hero program. This is a one week intern opportunity if we have a program in your local community.
