3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months.  It can take a cat 3 days to relax, 3 weeks to settle into the new routine and 3 months to fully integrate into the family. Will you give your new cat the time and patience they need to transition?  *
When getting a new kitty. It is important to keep them inside for the first 3 weeks, so they don't run away.

The average yearly cost for basic care is $1,500, and depends on age, size and health. Are you able to afford basic care for a new cat?   *
