Registrations for Sõrve 2027 are open!

Why are we doing this?
The Sõrve Sõbrad committee introduced this approach to manage the growing number of participants and the increasing costs from the NSW Office of Sport & Recreation. Opening registrations earlier will also give us a better indication of numbers, so we can accommodate all participants as best as possible and avoid the frantic rush in the weeks before camp.

Fee relief options
All Fees are published on our website here.

The Hans Ots Award is available to assist families with travel expenses and financial support to children on a case-by-case basis (application to be included in registration). Click here for the Hans Ott Grant application.

Payments
We can also offer different options to pay your fees - Direct Debt, BPay, Apple Pay, PayPal (including PayPal4) and credit card. Please note, some fees do apply. For more details, please refer to the invoice sent from MYOB.

Please allow 2 weeks for invoices to be raised.

Cancellation Policy
The below dates are aligned with the NSW Sport & Recreation cancellation windows
- Bookings cancelled with a written notification prior to 5pm AEST 31 October 2026 will receive a 100% refund
- Bookings cancelled with a written notification between 1 November - 5pm AEST 30 November 2026, will receive a 50% refund
- No refunds will be given to bookings cancelled after 5pm AEST 30 November 2026.

To cancel a booking, please email admin@sorve.org.au, verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving bank details.

Note: If you are registering as an adult please be aware bottom bunks fill up fast, please advise if you can or can not climb to top bunk.
