We warmly invite you and your family to join our Raksha Bandhan Festival 2025 on Sunday, 14 September 2025, from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm at the Shri Ram Mandir, 11 Brick Street, Henderson, Auckland 0610. We encourage all participants over 15 years old to register individually.

This popular event is organised by Hindu Organisations, Temples and Associations (HOTA) Forum. It is sponsored by the Hindu Council of New Zealand with a support from Shri Ram Mandir, Henderson; Hindu Women Forum, Hindu Elders Foundation, Hindu Youth New Zealand and NZ Hindu Students Forum.

This year’s celebration carries special significance with the esteemed presence of Swami Vigyananand ji, Founder of the HOTA Forum, World Hindu Economic Forum (WHEF), and World Hindu Foundation (WHF) and who is closely associated with the Amarnath Yatra.

A globally respected spiritual leader and distinguished scholar, Swami Vigyananand ji holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, and a PhD in Eastern Philosophy, uniquely combining technical expertise with profound spiritual wisdom. His presence in Auckland is a rare blessing, offering guidance and inspiration to all.
