The early bird registration fee for this event is 250 €/person - covering all the organisational expenses, coffee breaks, as well as on-site lunch (1/12) and dinner (30/11). The late bird registration fee (after the 22/11 of November) is 380 €/person.

Members of the European institutions, as well as representatives of institutions participating in the conference (speakers) and partner organisations are exempted from the registration fee.

The organisers will not reimburse accommodation, travel costs or any other personal expenses.
