This position plays a key role in the success of The Ground Floor by creating and serving consistently excellent food to our customers. Our Kitchen employees are expected to become experts in their craft- constantly learning and always improving. We are looking for energetic candidates with strong intellect, the ability to learn quickly and execute with excellence, and superior customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be a people-person, have a bias for action, be a person of integrity, and have a deep commitment to growth and learning.

In the first week, expect to:
- Onboard and learn the vision and values behind The Ground Floor
- Receive comprehensive in-person training
- Learn how to work effectively as a team 

In the first month, expect to:
- Feel confident in your position
- Begin developing more advanced food/beverage preparation techniques
- Contribute to social media campaigns and marketing
- Understand checklist items and how to properly open/close the shop
- Gain a deeper understanding of hospitality and customer service

In the first three months, expect to:
- Contribute ideas for new recipes and strategies for our business
- Train new employees on kitchen techniques and processes
