Vendor hours of operation will be Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. The crowd dies down around 8, but you can stay as late as you like! Your booth will be approximately 10'x10' in size. Set up can begin at noon, but must be finished by 3:30 p.m. on October 21. All inventory, decor, and supplies must be taken with you when you leave that night.
WiFi will be available, but please plan on an alternate source for payment processing in case of outage. Power is limited and we will do our best to accommodate, without guarantee of power supply to any vendor. Bacon Bash will supply tables for your booth, based on your vendor level (you'll select this below). You will need to supply your own signage/decor, payment processing, e-mail address collection, staffing, etc. for your booth. Most vendors will be under a shaded pavilion. We will let you know before the event if your space is within this area. Vendors not under pavilion can bring their own shade / tent.
Be sure to include a detailed description of what you will be selling at the event. We ask that you refrain from selling any food items that would need to be consumed onsite. There is so much free food available, that we've found folks selling food that needs to be eaten right away don't do as well. Packaged goods / foods that can be taken home are acceptable. Please know that all vendor submissions will be reviewed before approval. Requests will only be denied if products sold create a conflict of interest with an event sponsor.
To secure your spot as an official BBT Vendor, we need a couple of things from you. Don't worry - they're easy! 1. Please fill out the form below so we have your correct / current information.2. E-mail your company's logo to firstname.lastname@example.org (.eps or .png files, please!).3. Complete payment for your vending space. Please send a check, payable to Bacon Bash Texas, to Bacon Bash Texas, Attn: Chrissy Lane, 1207 S. Rice Street, Hamilton, Texas 76531. Be sure to write 'VENDOR' on the memo line of your check.
An invoice for your vending space will be sent to the e-mail address provided within 48 business hours. Don't forget - Bacon Bash Texas is a registered 501c3 organization. All vending spaces, sponsorships, ticket purchases, and donations are tax deductible! PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY EVENT SET UP. NO EXCEPTIONS.
